2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on oren888. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. oren888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. oren888 does not operate under a Malaysian gaming licence and makes no representation that its services are legal in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction. 2.3 Excluded Territories. oren888 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. oren888 reserves the right to close accounts and return deposits (minus any applicable processing charges) where a Member's jurisdiction is subsequently determined to be restricted.
2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one oren888 account. Creation of multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must notify oren888 promptly of any changes to your registered information. oren888 may suspend or close accounts where information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). oren888 is required to verify the identity of its Members in compliance with its international licensing obligations. You agree to provide identity documentation (MyKad, utility bill, payment method verification) upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oren888 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. oren888 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security. Report suspected unauthorised access to oren888 support immediately.
3.4 Account Ownership. oren888 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance therein to any other person.
4.1 Currency. All oren888 account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). oren888 does not charge currency conversion fees for Malaysian Ringgit transactions.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. oren888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. The minimum deposit is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50.
4.3 Deposit Processing. FPX bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are credited to your oren888 wallet instantly upon payment confirmation. oren888 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts, seven days per week. First-time KYC verification may take up to 24 hours. oren888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Winnings will be returned via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. oren888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above RM 10,000.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are deemed dormant. A monthly administration fee of RM 10 may be deducted from dormant account balances. oren888 will attempt to notify Members before dormancy fees are applied.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses offered by oren888 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between those promotional terms and these general Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that specific bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in each promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. oren888 will clearly state the wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus at the point of claiming.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. oren888 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or otherwise exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
5.4 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may be restricted by account history, jurisdiction, or payment method. oren888 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire promotional offers at any time.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game category on oren888 (live casino, slots, sportsbook, poker, lottery) is governed by specific game rules published within the platform. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with these rules before placing any wager.
6.2 Finality of Results. The outcome of all bets settled by oren888 is final, subject to clause 6.3. No bet may be cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed and accepted by the oren888 system.
6.3 Disputed Results. 6.5 Sportsbook — Palpable Errors. oren888 reserves the right to void sports bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous (palpably wrong). Where such odds are identified, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned, regardless of whether the bet was settled prior to the error being identified.
